Quality Control

The quality control and adjustment of the various products in the factories and workshops are made according to the required specifications as would satisfy the needs of the clients, in which the following tests and operations are made:

  1. Ultrasonic waves tests.
  2. Spectrum analysis tests.
  3. X-ray tests.
  4. Chemical and mechanical laboratories tests.
  5. Pressures tests.
  6. Technology means tests.
  7. Standard theoretical inspections.

All operations necessary for quality adjustment and control are made in workshops prepared in the location of manufacturing or in the following laboratories:

  • Mechanical laboratory: which is an independent laboratory fully equipped in respect to machines (indexing – grinding – lathing – cutting) and it is concerned with the preparation of the samples for the necessary tests such as tension, elongation, impact, hardness and bending.
  • Chemical laboratory: this laboratory is concerned with carrying out the tests and analysis on the raw materials to know the proportions of the elements and it is equipped with the laboratory machines.
  • Rubber laboratory: this laboratory performs the tests and analysis on the mixture prepared for manufacturing the rubber parts in respect to elongation and hardness, composition of the mixture and testing the same in various circumstances.
  • Spectrum analysis laboratory: it is provided with an apparatus for measuring the composition of the elements in the metal alloys with a high speed.
  • Measurements laboratory: this laboratory is equipped with modern equipment to measure the lengths, angles, smoothness, hardness, diameters and measurement of the gears, and this laboratory needs higher technical experiences in the use of these apparatuses / equipment.
  • Mining laboratory: this laboratory is prepared to carry out the inspections on the ferric metals and their crystal composition to know the type of the material to be inspected, and it has a modern apparatus showing the composition and an apparatus for photographing the metallic structure.
  • Cracks detection laboratory: this laboratory is concerned with the testing of the samples in respect to the existence of cracks on the surface of the metals or their internal formation.
  • Oils laboratory: this laboratory performs the tests on the types of oils, their validity for work and conformity with the specifications.
